{"id":432,"date":"2019-07-12T03:22:33","date_gmt":"2019-07-12T01:22:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/myoceane.fr\/?p=432"},"modified":"2021-01-24T01:51:38","modified_gmt":"2021-01-24T00:51:38","slug":"naturalisation","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/myoceane.fr\/index.php\/naturalisation\/","title":{"rendered":"Naturalisation \u6b78\u5316\u6cd5\u570b\u570b\u7c4d"},"content":{"rendered":"<div id=\"fb-root\"><\/div>\n\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u5728\u6cd5\u570b\u9577\u671f\u751f\u6d3b\u904e\u7684\u4eba\u90fd\u77e5\u9053\uff0c\u8981\u63db\u53d6\u4e0b\u4e00\u5e74\u4efd\u7684\u5c45\u7559\u662f\u4e00\u4ef6\u5f88\u4e0d\u5bb9\u6613\u7684\u4e8b\u60c5\uff0c\u6700\u4ee4\u4eba\u611f\u5230\u9000\u537b\u7684\u662f\u6c92\u6709\u884c\u653f\u6548\u7387\u7684\u6cd5\u570b\u8b66\u5bdf\u5c40 Pr\u00e9fecture \u7cfb\u7d71\uff0c\u7576\u7136\u9019\u4e5f\u4e0d\u5b8c\u5168\u662f\u6cd5\u570b\u884c\u653f\u7576\u5c40\u7684\u932f\uff0c\u7562\u7adf\u5728\u6cd5\u570b\u5df4\u9ece\u5c45\u4f4f\u7684\u5916\u570b\u4eba\u6578\u4e4b\u591a\uff0c\u4e0d\u662f\u51fa\u751f\u53f0\u7063\u7684\u6211\u5011\u80fd\u5920\u60f3\u50cf\u7684\uff01\u7206\u91cf\u7684\u6848\u4ef6\u6578\u91cf\u8207\u4f4e\u843d\u7684\u884c\u653f\u6548\u7387\u9020\u6210\u5927\u5bb6\u5c0d\u63db\u5c45\u7559\u90fd\u9000\u907f\u4e09\u820d\uff0c\u9664\u4e86\u8981\u82b1\u9577\u6642\u9593\u5728 Pr\u00e9fecture \u5916\u6392\u968a\u7b49\u5019\u9084\u8981\u88ab\u5404\u7a2e\u56b4\u683c\u7684\u6a19\u6e96\u5201\u96e3\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\u5982\u679c\u6709\u4e00\u52de\u6c38\u9038\u7684\u65b9\u6cd5\uff0c\u76f8\u4fe1\u5c0d\u559c\u6b61\u8207\u60f3\u8981\u5f85\u5728\u6cd5\u570b\u7684\u975e\u6cd5\u570b\u4eba\u90fd\u6703\u6709\u8208\u8da3\u77e5\u9053\uff0c\u7b46\u8005\u4e5f\u662f\u56e0\u70ba\u53d7\u76e1\u4e86\u63db\u5c45\u7559\u7684\u6298\u78e8\u6c7a\u5b9a\u8d70\u4e0a Naturalisation \u6b78\u5316\u6cd5\u570b\u570b\u7c4d\u7684\u9019\u4e00\u689d\u8def\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n<p>\u672c\u7bc7\u5206\u6210\u4ee5\u4e0b\u5e7e\u500b\u4e3b\u984c\uff1a<a href=\"#condition-application\">\u7533\u8acb\u689d\u4ef6<\/a>, <a href=\"#example\">\u6e96\u5099\u6587\u4ef6\u7bc4\u4f8b<\/a>, <a href=\"#waiting-time\">\u7b49\u5f85\u6642\u9593<\/a>, <a href=\"#interview\">\u9762\u8a66<\/a>, <a href=\"#waiting-notification\">\u7b49\u5f85\u901a\u77e5<\/a>, <a href=\"#ritual\">\u5165\u7c4d\u5100\u5f0f<\/a><\/p>\n<h4>\u7533\u8acb\u689d\u4ef6\uff1a<a id=\"condition-application\"><\/a><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u7533\u8acb\u6cd5\u570b\u570b\u7c4d\u7684\u7b2c\u4e00\u6b65\u662f\u8981\u5148\u77e5\u9053\u4f60\u7684\u539f\u751f\u570b\u5bb6\u662f\u5426\u80fd\u5920\u63a5\u53d7\u96d9\u91cd\u570b\u7c4d (Double Nationalit\u00e9) ? \u4e2d\u83ef\u6c11\u570b\u53f0\u7063\u662f\u80fd\u5920\u63a5\u53d7\u96d9\u91cd\u570b\u7c4d\u7684\u570b\u5bb6\u56e0\u6b64\u4e0d\u6703\u6709\u653e\u68c4\u539f\u751f\u570b\u7c4d\u7684\u554f\u984c\uff0c\u7576\u7136\u5982\u679c\u662f\u5176\u4ed6\u4e0d\u63a5\u53d7\u96d9\u570b\u7c4d\u7684\u570b\u6c11(\u4f8b\u5982\u4e2d\u570b\u65e5\u672c\u7b49\u7b49)\u5728\u7533\u8acb\u570b\u7c4d\u9019\u4e00\u689d\u8def\u4e0a\u5c31\u6703\u8b8a\u5f97\u76f8\u5c0d\u56f0\u96e3\u8207\u7336\u8c6b\u4e00\u4e9b\uff0c\u4f46\u662f\u4e5f\u9084\u662f\u6709\u5176\u4ed6\u7684\u66ff\u4ee3\u65b9\u6848\u4f8b\u5982\u5341\u5e74\u9577\u5c45 (Carte de s\u00e9jour de 10 ans) \u7b49\u7b49\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n<p>\u7b2c\u4e8c\u6b65\u5c31\u662f\u8981\u78ba\u8a8d\u4f60\u662f\u5426\u7b26\u5408\u7533\u8acb\u8cc7\u683c\uff0c\u4e26\u4e14\u4e86\u89e3\u7533\u8acb\u6240\u9700\u8981\u6e96\u5099\u7684\u6587\u4ef6\u6709\u54ea\u4e00\u4e9b\uff1f\u4ee5\u5df4\u9ece\u79fb\u6c11\u5c40\u70ba\u4f8b\uff0c\u5728\u4ee5\u4e0b\u9023\u7d50\u88e1\u9762\u4ed6\u6709\u8a73\u7d30\u8aaa\u660e<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-button aligncenter\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.prefecturedepolice.interieur.gouv.fr\/Demarches\/Particulier\/Ressortissants-etrangers\/Ressortissants-etrangers\/La-naturalisation-ou-la-reintegration-dans-la-nationalite-francaise-procedure-par-decret\">\u5df4\u9ece\u79fb\u6c11\u5c40\u9023\u7d50<\/a><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><br>\u53e6\u5916\u5df4\u9ece\u79fb\u6c11\u5c40\u4e5f\u597d\u5fc3\u6e96\u5099\u4e86\u4e00\u500b\u4e92\u52d5\u5f0f\u7684\u5c0d\u8a71\u6846\u8b93\u4e0d\u540c\u60c5\u6cc1\u7684\u4eba\u4e5f\u80fd\u5920\u5feb\u901f\u77e5\u9053\u81ea\u5df1\u9700\u8981\u6e96\u5099\u4ec0\u9ebc\u6587\u4ef6\uff1f<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-button aligncenter\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link has-background has-black-background-color\" href=\"https:\/\/www.prefecturedepolice.interieur.gouv.fr\/data\/aide\/naturalisation\/\">\u5ba2\u88fd\u5316\u5217\u51fa\u6240\u9700\u6e96\u5099\u7684\u6587\u4ef6<\/a><\/div>\n\n\n<h4>\u6e96\u5099\u6587\u4ef6\u7bc4\u4f8b\uff1a<a id=\"example\"><\/a><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u5047\u8a2d\u4ee5\u4e00\u500b\u7372\u5f97\u9ad8\u7b49\u6587\u6191(\u5de5\u7a0b\u5e2b, \u78a9\u58eb, \u535a\u58eb)\u7684\u7562\u696d\u5b78\u751f\u70ba\u4f8b\uff0c\u4ee5\u4e0b\u53ef\u80fd\u662f\u4ed6\u9700\u8981\u6e96\u5099\u7684\u6587\u4ef6\uff1a<\/p>\n<ul class=\"block-editor-rich-text__editable editor-rich-text__editable\" style=\"text-align: justify;\" role=\"textbox\" contenteditable=\"true\" aria-multiline=\"true\" data-is-placeholder-visible=\"false\" aria-label=\"Write list\u2026\" aria-autocomplete=\"list\">\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u5169\u5f35\u7533\u8acb\u8868\u5305\u542b\u7533\u8acb\u4eba\u7684\u901a\u8a0a\u65b9\u5f0f\u8207\u96fb\u5b50\u90f5\u4ef6 \/ Les <strong>deux formulaires<\/strong>&nbsp;de la demande d&#8217;acquisition de la nationalit\u00e9 fran\u00e7aise dat\u00e9s et sign\u00e9s avec mention de votre num\u00e9ro de t\u00e9l\u00e9phone portable et de votre adresse \u00e9lectronique.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\u9700\u8981\u7533\u8acb\u4eba\u7236\u6bcd\u7684\u8eab\u5206\u8b49\u660e(\u51fa\u751f\u8b49\u660e\u6216\u7d50\u5a5a\u8b49\u660e\u6216\u6b7b\u4ea1\u8b49\u660e\u6216\u662f\u5bb6\u5ead\u6236\u53e3\u540d\u7c3f) \u6240\u6709\u6587\u4ef6\u82e5\u662f\u975e\u6cd5\u6587\u64b0\u5beb\u5247\u9700\u8981\u9644\u4e0a\u7ffb\u8b6f\uff0c\u56e0\u70ba\u662f\u95dc\u65bc\u7236\u6bcd\u7684\u6587\u4ef6\u6240\u4ee5\u4e0d\u4e00\u5b9a\u8981\u662f\u6b63\u672c\u5f71\u672c\u5373\u53ef\/ La photocopie de tout document d\u2019\u00e9tat civil concernant vos parents (soit l\u2019acte de naissance, soit l\u2019acte de mariage, \u00e9ventuellement l\u2019acte de d\u00e9c\u00e8s ou le livret de famille). Tous les documents qui ne sont pas r\u00e9dig\u00e9s en fran\u00e7ais doivent \u00eatre accompagn\u00e9s de leur traduction. S&#8217;agissant des actes de vos parents, il n&#8217;est pas n\u00e9cessaire de communiquer le document original, une photocopie suffit.<\/li>\n<li>\u7533\u8acb\u4eba\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u51fa\u751f\u8b49\u660e\uff0c\u51fa\u751f\u8b49\u660e\u82e5\u662f\u975e\u6cd5\u6587\u64b0\u5beb\u5247\u9700\u7d93\u7531\u6cd5\u570b\u6cd5\u9662\u516c\u8b49\u7ffb\u8b6f\u5e2b\u7ffb\u8b6f\uff0c\u7ffb\u8b6f\u5e2b\u92fc\u5370\u9700\u8981\u84cb\u5728\u7ffb\u8b6f\u6587\u4ef6\u4e4b\u4e0a\/ L\u2019<strong>original<\/strong>&nbsp;(et non la photocopie) de votre acte int\u00e9gral de naissance accompagn\u00e9 soit d\u2019une l\u00e9galisation soit d\u2019une apostille (<a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">voir la liste des pays sur notre site internet<\/a>), en fonction du pays d\u2019\u00e9mission de l\u2019acte. Si vous \u00eates n\u00e9 en France ou \u00eates d\u00e9j\u00e0 inscrit \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tat civil fran\u00e7ais via le Service central de l\u2019Etat civil fran\u00e7ais, il conviendra de fournir une copie int\u00e9grale r\u00e9cente de votre acte d\u2019\u00e9tat civil. Tous les documents vous concernant qui ne sont pas r\u00e9dig\u00e9s en fran\u00e7ais doivent \u00eatre produits en original et traduits par un traducteur asserment\u00e9 en France ou par votre Consulat. Le tampon et la signature du traducteur doivent appara\u00eetre sur l\u2019acte et sur la traduction<\/li>\n<li>\u7576\u4e0b\u6301\u6709\u6709\u6548\u7684\u5c45\u7559\u8b49\u8207\u8b77\u7167\u6b63\u53cd\u9762\u5f71\u672c \/ La photocopie recto verso de votre titre de s\u00e9jour enregistr\u00e9 \u00e0 la pr\u00e9fecture de police ainsi que la photocopie de votre passeport.<\/li>\n<li>\u5169\u5f35\u8fd1\u671f\u7684\u5927\u982d\u7167\u5728\u80cc\u9762\u5beb\u4e0a\u4f60\u7684\u59d3\u540d \/ 2 photos d&#8217;identit\u00e9 r\u00e9centes portant au verso vos nom et pr\u00e9nom(s).<\/li>\n<li>\u6cd5\u570b\u9ad8\u7b49\u5b78\u6b77\u6587\u6191\u5f71\u672c\uff0c\u6b63\u672c\u5fc5\u9808\u65bc\u9762\u8a66\u6642\u63d0\u4f9b\u6aa2\u95b1 \/ La photocopie de tous vos dipl\u00f4mes d\u2019\u00e9tudes sup\u00e9rieures obtenus en France. Les documents originaux seront obligatoirement pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s lors de l\u2019entretien en pr\u00e9fecture.<\/li>\n<li>\u4e94\u5341\u4e94\u6b50\u5143\u7684\u7a05\u52d9\u90f5\u7968 \/ 55\u20ac en timbres fiscaux; ces timbres (de pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence 30, 20 et 5\u20ac et non d\u00e9mat\u00e9rialis\u00e9s) devront \u00eatre mis dans une enveloppe ferm\u00e9e \u00e0 votre nom. Attention : 55\u20ac par personne doivent \u00eatre fournis.<\/li>\n<li>\u5982\u679c\u4f60\u5e74\u9f61\u5c11\u65bc 60 \u6b72\uff0c\u8a9e\u8a00\u8b49\u660e\u6cd5\u570b\u8a9e\u6aa2\u901a\u904e B1 \u6c34\u5e73\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u7531 DELF \u767c\u51fa\u8b49\u660e\u6216\u662f\u5169\u5e74\u5167\u7531\u8a8d\u8b49\u7684\u6a5f\u69cb\u767c\u51fa\u7684\u8a9e\u6587\u80fd\u529b\u8b49\u660e \/ Si vous avez moins de 60 ans, un dipl\u00f4me d\u00e9livr\u00e9 par une autorit\u00e9 fran\u00e7aise, en France ou \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tranger, sanctionnant un niveau de fran\u00e7ais au moins \u00e9gal au dipl\u00f4me national du brevet ;<strong>ou<\/strong>&nbsp;un dipl\u00f4me d\u00e9livr\u00e9 dans un pays francophone \u00e0 l\u2019issue d\u2019\u00e9tudes suivies en fran\u00e7ais&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.prefecturedepolice.interieur.gouv.fr\/Demarches\/Particulier\/Ressortissants-etrangers\/Ressortissants-etrangers\/Acquisition-de-la-nationalite-francaise-par-declaration#organisme\">( voir liste de ces pays sur notre site internet)<\/a>&nbsp;<strong>ou<\/strong>&nbsp;un dipl\u00f4me d\u2019\u00e9tudes en langue fran\u00e7aise (DELF) de niveau B1; D&#8217;autres cas d&#8217;exemption existent (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.prefecturedepolice.interieur.gouv.fr\/Demarches\/Particulier\/Ressortissants-etrangers\/Ressortissants-etrangers\/Acquisition-de-la-nationalite-francaise-par-declaration#organisme\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">voir la liste des organismes sur notre site internet<\/a>) <strong>ou<\/strong> une attestation s\u00e9curis\u00e9e, d\u00e9livr\u00e9e depuis moins de deux ans par un organisme certificateur attestant d\u2019un niveau B1.&nbsp;<strong>Les attestations de dispense de suivi d\u2019une formation linguistique d\u00e9livr\u00e9es par l\u2019OFII ne sont pas accept\u00e9es.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>\u5982\u679c\u5df2\u7d93\u7533\u8acb\u904e\u6b78\u5316\u4e86\u9808\u7e73\u4ea4\u524d\u4e00\u6b21\u6c7a\u5b9a\u7684\u4fe1\u4ef6 \/ Si vous avez d\u00e9j\u00e0 effectu\u00e9 une demande de nationalit\u00e9 fran\u00e7aise : la photocopie de la d\u00e9cision d\u00e9favorable ou de d\u00e9cision de classement sans suite de votre demande pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente.<\/li>\n<li>\u5982\u679c\u6c7a\u5b9a\u8981\u64c1\u6709\u6cd5\u570b\u540d\u5b57\u7684\u8868\u683c \/ Le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.prefecturedepolice.interieur.gouv.fr\/content\/download\/32885\/250536\/file\/DemandeFrancisation.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">formulaire de francisation<\/a>, si vous souhaitez franciser votre nom et \/ ou votre (vos) pr\u00e9nom(s).<\/li>\n<li>\u6700\u8fd1\u4e00\u6b21\u60c5\u6cc1\u7533\u5831\u7684\u5f71\u672c \/ La photocopie de votre dernier avis de situation d\u00e9clarative (ASDIR).<\/li>\n<li>\u904e\u53bb\u4e09\u5e74\u7684\u7a05\u52d9\u7d00\u9304 \/ La photocopie de vos avis d&#8217;imposition des 3 derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es.<\/li>\n<li>\u904e\u53bb\u4e09\u5e74\u7531\u7a05\u52d9\u5c40\u767c\u51fa\u7a05\u52d9\u7d00\u9304\u7684\u8b49\u660e \/ L\u2019<strong>original<\/strong>&nbsp;du bordereau de situation fiscale (P237) d\u00e9livr\u00e9 par le ou par les services des imp\u00f4ts dont vous relevez concernant les 3 derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, que vous soyez imposable ou non, justifiant du paiement de l\u2019imp\u00f4t sur le revenu de la taxe d\u2019habitation, et de la taxe fonci\u00e8re si vous \u00eates propri\u00e9taire.<\/li>\n<li>\u904e\u53bb\u4e09\u500b\u6708\u7684\u5c45\u4f4f\u8b49\u660e \/ Les photocopies des 3 derni\u00e8res quittances de loyer et de la derni\u00e8re facture de t\u00e9l\u00e9phone fixe, d\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 Internet ou de votre fournisseur d\u2019\u00e9nergie.<\/li>\n<li>\u5982\u679c\u66fe\u7d93\u5728\u570b\u5916\u9023\u7e8c\u5c45\u4f4f\u8d85\u904e\u516d\u500b\u6708\u4ee5\u4e0a\u9700\u8981\u7e73\u4ea4\u7121\u72af\u7f6a\u7d00\u5f8b\u8b49\u660e\u7684\u6b63\u672c\u8207\u7ffb\u8b6f\u6587\u4ef6\u9808\u7531\u6cd5\u570b\u6cd5\u9662\u516c\u8b49\u5e2b\u7ffb\u8b6f \/ Un extrait original (et non une photocopie) du casier judiciaire du ou des pays o\u00f9 vous avez s\u00e9journ\u00e9 plus de six mois cons\u00e9cutifs au cours des dix derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es. La photocopie de vos 3 derniers bulletins de salaire ainsi que les photocopies des bulletins de salaire des mois de novembre et d\u00e9cembre des 3 derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es.
